We have tested with BBC iPlayer for you and it's quite simple.

CHANGE DNS SETTINGS in your router will do the trick.

UOB has this UOB AMEX Virtual Pay and use the Virtual Global e-Shop to get your address first...

That will sort out your phone number and address (or get a real one from Skype...Worth the hassle... or ask me for more details)

Go and buy a HULU PLUS Prepaid Card from PowerSeller  and that will sort out your account.
You will need a VERIFIED PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Make sure you have the correct email address as the email address they deliver to you is THE PAYPAL Account ID.

You can use your POSB/DBS Internet Banking to Load money to your account...for a lesser fee..
