I can use my VPN to office via lan directly to ONT but not wifi... why??
Because you are using Private IP address... and myrepublic issues Private IP to protect U from bombing.... the 'double firewall' cause the VPN to fail as it does not know how to route....
Try this...
Go to your router IP..
http://192.168.1.1/Advanced_NATPassThrough_Content.asp (I presume it's 1.1 or 0.1 depending on your config)....
Check the Passthru connection type...
Some may work ...as this works for ASUS N56 .....

Thinking of switching back .... regret ......
Even subscribed a static IP don't really help !!!

n15 router?? that one don't support VPN for unknown reasons.... can u contact me at 81196830 with the target VPN so I can test out from my end as I have different configurations altogether and that my ipv6 works...
